Popeye e sua namorada, Olívia Palito estão casados e tem um filho chamado Popeye Jr. Júnior herdou os poderes do pai, de ganhar super-força quando come espinafre, entretanto, Júnior detesta o gosto de espinafre, o que desaponta muito seu pai.
Brutus, eterno rival de Popeye também está casado e com um filho.
